Job Details
Must have experience with Household Claims.
Handle incoming & outgoing telephone enquiries, emails, faxes & post from policyholders, loss adjusters, insurers and suppliers.
Request & authorise claims payments within agreed levels of authority.
Assist with maintaining the claims diary system.
Carry out training of colleagues as and when required.
Working hours will be 37.5 per week within the opening hours of 8am and 7pm
To deal with new & existing claims enquiries and correspondence in line with Company procedures and within agreed service standards.
Salary £16,000-£20,000 dependant on experience plus OTE quality & service incentive of up to £1,500 per annum.
